A staff member will be on-site during your booking hours.
The staff will be responsible of letting you in the studio space and will be able to assist in moving furniture, creating set(s) & help set up audio equipment for podcasting.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

To secure and confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit is required for bookings exceeding 3 hours; bookings of 3 hours or less must be paid in full. The remaining rental balance must be settled before the commencement of the shoot. Clients are obligated to cover taxes and fees prior to the rental date.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

Cancellation of confirmed bookings will entail the following:

- Studio rental deposits are nonrefundable.

- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for failure to attend the scheduled activity.

- Clients have the option to reschedule without penalty if done 7 days before the original booking within a 30-day timeframe; a rescheduling fee of $50 of the total booking price will apply.

- Rental time begins and ends as agreed upon, encompassing setup and cleanup. Overtime fees will be applicable if the facility is utilized beyond the agreed time. Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the event start time; cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

- In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, clients will be offered either rescheduling priority or a full refund, at the discretion of the company. The company shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control affecting the shoot, such as building equipment failures, power outages, inclement weather, acts of God, or emergencies.

RULES OF PREMISES

Currently, bookings are limited to a maximum of 8 people per reservation. Clients and their crew acknowledge personal responsibility for their safety and behavior while on the premises and agree to adhere to all CDC guidelines and protocols. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the studio premises, as is the consumption of alcohol. Please note that the studio is not soundproof, and noise from music, speech, and street sounds may be present. Any use of hard-to-clean materials (such as holi powder, confetti, glitter, paint, oil, fake blood, ashes, etc.) requires prior approval and may necessitate a refundable deposit.

Music volume should be kept at reasonable levels, and clients are expected to leave the studio in the same condition as they found it. A cleaning fee, starting at $150, may be applied if extensive cleaning is required after a session, depending on the extent of the necessary work.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

The use of the premises is undertaken at the client's own risk. Clients hereby release the company from any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, injury, or loss to themselves, their party, or their possessions while on the premises. Clients indemnify the company and its affiliates against any claims, losses, accidents, judgments, fines, injuries, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees. This indemnification remains in effect during and after the rental term for any incidents occurring during said term. The company disclaims all implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the premises are provided "as is."

DAMAGE

Clients are solely responsible for any damage to the company's property or equipment during their occupancy of the premises. The deposit will be retained until repairs can be completed. Should the damage exceed the deposit amount, clients agree to cover reasonable additional repair costs to restore damaged equipment to working order. Clients also agree to promptly reimburse the company for any damage to the premises, including spills, excessive wear, marks, or stains on furniture, fixtures, or painted surfaces.
