PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

To secure and confirm a reservation, a 100% deposit is required for bookings. Clients are obligated to cover taxes and fees prior to the rental date.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

Cancellation of confirmed bookings will entail the following:

- Studio rental deposits are nonrefundable.

- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for failure to attend the scheduled activity.

-- Clients have the option to reschedule without penalty if done 7 days before the original booking within a 30-day timeframe; a rescheduling fee of $50 of the total booking price will apply.

- Rental time begins and ends as agreed upon, encompassing setup and cleanup. Overtime fees will be applicable if the facility is utilized beyond the agreed time. Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the event start time; cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

- In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, clients will be offered either rescheduling priority or a full refund, at the discretion of the company. The company shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control affecting the shoot, such as building equipment failures, power outages, inclement weather, acts of God, or emergencies.
